OpticExpress Series
The OpticExpress vacuum equipment series is designed for applying precision optical coatings with high stability and mechanical durability in the conditions of small-scale production of compact products with a wide range of specifications, as well as for research and development of new technologies and materials for optical coatings.
The fundamental technology of the equipment is magnetron sputtering with reactive thin film deposition in a high-density plasma. This technology allows for the deposition of films with high optical characteristics, smooth boundaries, low mechanical stresses, and high precision and uniformity in layer thickness. Additionally, the equipment provides opportunities for research and development of new technologies and optical materials.
The OpticExpress series installations ensure high productivity through their fast cycle time (as short as 20 minutes), high layer uniformity of ±0.5%, and stable optical characteristics of the coatings, as well as fast deposition speeds.
